easy access to popular attractions and charming parks in hanoi
I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake, making it perfect for scenic strolls, and it was a short walk to St Joseph Cathedral where I enjoyed taking lots of photos. the staff went above and beyond, ensuring my experience was enjoyable and even surprising me with a sweet birthday treat!

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. Additionally, the receptions team consistently went beyond expectations, making us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our 3-night visit.
The hotel's dining options were somewhat limited, which was a slight downside to our overall experience.

Amazing staff and location!
The place was super nice and right in the heart of everything! Staff were beyond helpful and super friendly. Breakfast had a mix of local and Western foods—even got a packed lunch one day! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster sometimes, but everything else was awesome.
